A/ Procedures for establishing a company at the Ministry of Trade of Cambodia
- Draft the company’s charter with the signatures of all members of the company. (making 04 Khmer versions and 04 English versions).
- The contract to lease the Company’s headquarters in Cambodia (in Khmer and English, certified by the local government agency, and enclosed with electricity, water and postal bills if any, made in 04 Khmer copies and 04 English copies).
- Photocopy of Passport or Identity Card of the Director of the Company (04 4 x 6 photos) with notarized certification (04 Khmer copies and 04 English copies).
- Certificate of not committing a criminal offense by the local government (04 Vietnamese copies and 04 English copies).
- Prepare funds to pay the fee for applying for a company establishment license with a fee amount of about 700.00 USD.
- Fill in the information and sign the confirmation forms according to the regulations of the Ministry of Trade of Cambodia when coming to the Ministry of Trade to submit the dossier (if requested by the Ministry)
